Is Flashie a marketplace?+
No. There's no listing, no storefront, and no commission on products. Customers order from the store directly, and the store keeps the sale, the prices, and the relationship — Flashie only handles pickup and delivery.
Who pays the $6.99?+
The store does — Flashie charges the store $6.99 flat per order. Customers never pay Flashie. Whether a store passes that fee on to its customers is the store's choice; many use a simple ladder: $6.99 under $35, $3.99 from $35–70, free over $70.
How fast is delivery?+
Morning Priority: order by midnight, delivered 8am–noon the next day. Same-day: order by 6pm, delivered noon–8pm. Evening Priority: order by 11pm, delivered 8pm–midnight. Not 1-hour, not 24/7 — that's how it stays affordable.
What is micro-fulfillment?+
A planned feature: a short list of high-demand products will be pre-stocked at Flashie route hubs, so common requests can go out instantly instead of waiting on a store trip. Still the store's product, price, and sale.
Can customers order on GetFlashie.com?+
Not yet — Flashie is piloting in a few neighborhoods. For now, you order straight from a participating store (call or walk in), and the store books Flashie to deliver. Enter your ZIP above to check availability — and to vote for where we launch next.
